Cancellation Policy:

Please note that this cancellation policy comes into effect the minute that a deposit (venue hire) is made and is legally binding.

1. 100% of the deposit/venue hire will be refunded if you cancel/postpone 12 months or longer before the booked date.
2. 50% of the deposit will be refunded if you cancel/postpone 8 to 12 months before the booked date.
3. 20% of the deposit will be refunded if you cancel/postpone 6 to 8 months before the booked date.
4. 0% of the deposit will be refunded if you cancel/postpone less than 6 months before the booked date.
5. All cost incurred to make refund (eg, commissions, credit card charges and bank charges) will be at the expense of the client and will be deducted from the refund and a 15% admin fee will be charged on top of all expenses and refunds.
6. Should Eden’s Gate be willing to move any booked wedding date or event for any reason such as COVID-19 regulation NO refund will be given under any circumstance should the date be cancel.
7. Eden’s Gate is willing to move any booked date due to COVID-19 regulations preventing an event from taking place however NO refund will be given should the client cancel their booking.
